A 30-minute, no-pressure conversation to talk through what you've been experiencing, what you've already tried, and whether we're the right fit.
The $50 Discovery Call fee is applied toward your intake if you move forward.

This is where we roll up our sleeves and dig in! A comprehensive intake is paired with advanced lab testing and genetic insights to shine a light on what's actually going on inside your mind and body. We review your health history and current concerns, sleep, stress, and nervous system patterns, medications and prior treatments, relevant biological factors, and foundational lab work and genetic testing. Clear, Upfront Pricing
With us, there are no surprises. You’ll always know what to expect before you book! We offer three packages, which will support you no matter your needs.
A La Carte
Starting at $200. This package offers a thorough initial intake. We work with your recent bloodwork results from outside providers and help you identify which additional labs are needed to provide you with personalized care.
Complete Package
Starting at $1200. This package provides you with our comprehensive initial intake and full panel of bloodwork and genetic testing. It includes everything we’ll need to review as we give you a tailored plan.
Insurance Package
While we only bill insurance directly for our Georgia residents, many of our clients are eligible for partial reimbursement through their insurance companies. We can provide you with a superbill, and you can review the billing codes* to see if you qualify with your benefits.
Safe Benzodiazepine Tapering 12-Month Program
(Extensions Available)
This program includes: One 60-minute appointment per month, an individualized taper plan and monitoring, controlled substance prescription management, priority scheduling, structured long-term taper oversight, and a formal taper agreement and controlled substance monitoring.
Due to the significant setup, licensing, and ongoing monitoring involved, this program is structured as a 12-month commitment focused on safe, gradual tapering and nervous system stabilization. For patients outside of Georgia, we offer safe medically-supervised tapers for $9,997 (paid in full). For a payment plan, there is a $2500 onboarding setup fee with 12-monthly payments of $697.
Follow-Up Visit Pricing
With Jessica Kettell, APRN: $200 30-minute, $300 45-minute
With Andrea Hill, APRN: $100 for a 30-minute, $150 for a 45-minute.
30-Minute Wellness Consult for Peptides
Optimize your mental health with peptides. This consult provides medical supervision and suggestions about which peptides are best for you. The $100 fee will be applied towards your peptide package if you decide to move forward.
Insurance Information
We are a primarily out-of-network, private pay practice and do not bill insurance directly, except in GA. This allows us to offer longer visits, in-depth evaluations, and truly personalized care without the time constraints or limitations of insurance-based models.
Georgia clients: We're in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Oscar, TRICARE/Humana Military, and United Healthcare. For Georgia clients out of network, please contact us for additional information. 770-404-6653
Grounded Psychiatry clients in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, New Hampshire, Nevada, Colorado, Alaska, and Hawaii are self-pay.
If you have a PPO or out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. You’re also welcome to request a superbill at any time if you prefer to submit claims on your own.
*Billing Codes for Insurance: Please check with your insurance company to see if you’ve met your deductible or if you’re responsible for any portion of these codes that could be submitted on your behalf.

Payment Methods & Plans
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. You can securely store your card on file for convenience, and charges are processed through our HIPAA-compliant billing system.
We offer flexible payment plans for select packages and services, especially for lab testing and higher-ticket programs.
